At Monday 23/1/2023 11AM CET, the maintenance has been successfully completed. It could be that, on the sandbox environment (not production), some customers will be affected by DNS issues until all domains are properly propagated. As our TTL is set to 60, this should not take long.

Monday 23/1/2023 at 9AM CET, we will be changing the IP address of our sandbox environment which will cause possible downtime of the sandbox environment (not the actual production environment). This is due to the nature of DNS propagation.
As a customer, you do not have to take any action because use.id manages your DNS records. use.id will change your sandbox DNS record accordingly. Currently, use.id's Sandbox DNS records have a TTL of 60.
